ORDERING

Is this site secure? How can I check on my order after it has been placed?

It’s so easy! If you have questions about the status of your order, make sure you sign in to your account under Login or My Account and you can view your order status, view past orders, make changes to your account information, change your password, and store alternate addresses (for shipping to friends and family!).

Is this site secure?

Yes, of course! We know security is important to you so we protect every single purchase using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. If the online store accepts credit cards, rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected. You can be assured that your purchases are safe and secure.

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club International.

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items or damaged, or my shipment is late?

We hate it when that happens! Please contact our Customer Service team at 888-474-5369 or customer.service@beautyblender.com within 15 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to help resolve any issue.

What is the sales tax?

Yes, unfortunately it’s the law. It’s not like we want to! We are required to collect sales tax in the 15 states where we have employees.

What if a product I want is out-of-stock, discontinued or limited-edition item?

Isn’t that the worst?!? If some of the items are available, we will go ahead and ship those items until the other items you ordered come back in stock. If it is a discontinued or limited-edition item, unfortunately, it’s a first come, first serve policy – so go ahead and shop now while you still can for that special, limited-edition product!

Please note, the maximum quantity per item is 5 pieces per order.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship?

We know you’re eager to get your fave beautyblender® products. That’s why we offer UPS shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Please allow 3 business days for your order to process. Note: your order will be shipping from Pennsylvania, so take that into consideration when choosing to expedite. Also please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not ship internationally, but don’t despair! We have distribution partners all over the globe.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Beautyblender is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Beautyblender is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

No problem! We will gladly accept beautyblender.com purchases of any unused regular priced items if purchased within 30 days. Please contact our Customer Service team at 888-474-5369 or via email at customer.service@beautyblender.com to obtain a return authorization #. Orders without a return authorization # will not be processed.

Make sure you return your item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent further damage and include our order ID number, return authorization number, and your first and last name. All returns should be addressed to:

Processing time for returns usually takes 15 business days from the time the returned product is received. Sorry, but beautyblender® does not cover return shipping costs. It is not the responsibility of beautyblender® to cover lost or stolen items during transit.

Only unused products purchased on beautyblender.com can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returned items purchased from any other retailer.

Please submit returns within 30 days of your purchase date or we won’t be able to process the transaction.

How do I get a sample?

Who doesn’t love a free sample?!? From time to time, we may have samples of our cleansers or new products available with each purchase but when we do not, please check out our retailers such as Sephora andNordstrom where you can test the original beautyblender®.

Who do I contact if I have a question concerning product ingredients?

Good question! If you have questions concerning a specific product, all of the ingredients are listed on the packaging. You can also go onto the site and look up the specific product where you will find ingredient information. And if you still can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-474-5369.

RECYCLING

At beautyblender® we’re all about helping preserve the earth and doing our part in rea.cycling initiatives. Here are two questions that many of you have asked:

It’s been three months and I’m ready to purchase a new beautyblender. What do I do with my old, used blender. Can I recycle it?

Why yes! Thanks for asking. Our blenders are made out of a 100% material that is recyclable. Just plop them into your recycling bin. Unfortunately we do not accept any used blenders at our corporate office.

Can I recycle the canister that my beautyblender came in?

Of course. All of our canisters are 100% recyclable so when you’re ready to dispose of your canister, toss it into your recycling bin at home. You can check each of our products for the recycling symbol as well. We strive to minimize our packaging and make it possible so that you can recycle all of our product packaging in an effort to preserve mother earth.
